The Luxor hotel and casino, located on the popular south end of the Strip, is named after the Egyptian city in upper Egypt.

Luxor offers excellent restaurants, including Fusia, offering outstanding Japanese cuisine, and phenomenal entertainment including Fantasy, the sexy revue and Carrot Top, the laugh-a-minute comedian/entertainer.  Also, stop by the Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, with a plethora of artifacts recovered from the wreckage or BODIES... The Exhibition which is the first-ever showcase of preserved human body specimens!

This 30-story pyramid-shaped, black-tinted glass hotel contains the world’s largest atrium, a plethora or activities and over 100,000 square feet of casino space. Throughout the pyramid, the walls are authentic painted copies of hieroglyphics found in the Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens in Egypt.

Two of the coolest aspects, outside of the way the Luxor was built is, it’s elevators, or as they are called in the hotel, inclinators. They travel to guest rooms at a 39-degree angle up the slope of the structure. Second, the world's most powerful beam of light shines from the top of the pyramid. It is visible from space – ‘nuff said.
