Your all-you-can-eat experience is only heightened as a troop of Carvers (Gauchos) roam through the restaurant offering choice cuts of beef, chicken, lamb, pork and sausage -- all slowly spin-roasted and grilled over an open flame and finally, seasoned to perfection. Choice cuts include chicken breast wrapped in bacon, lamb chops, seasoned flank steak, garlic picanha, parmesan pork, filet mignon and the house specialty, picanha top sirloin.
